Order Scrip

Ordering scrip is an easy way to help your Temple. 
We have scrip for fast food, department stores, grocery stores, and more! 

You have a couple of choices that will make ordering scrip easy:

1.  Print n' mail:  You can print out this form and mail it in with your check, then come in and pick up your scrip (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free download); or

2.  Order online:  We do not currently have the ability to take online scrip orders.

Please note:  we prefer that you come into Temple and pick up your scrip rather than having us mail it to you.
