Madrikhim

High school students have the unique opportunity to return to our Sunday program as Madrikhim (teaching assistants). Madrikhim participate from 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. on Sundays, assisting a teacher.  They also meet once a month on Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for study and training.

Madrikhim will work to develop a lesson plan, will present at least one lesson for a classroom, will examine the outcome and effectiveness of the lesson, and will evaluate their strengths as well as take note of things to remember for future lessons.

Students participating in this program will gain an understanding of the rewards of teaching—to be a mentor in the lives of a children and create lasting memories.
