Most of the above offerings are free, have small fees, or
accept donations. Please see the current adult education
flier for more information.
We have two Adult Education class sessions per year, one
that begins in the fall, and one in the spring (January or early
February). Each session lasts for twelve class meetings.
Classes are held on Monday evenings, Wednesday evenings,
and/or Sunday mornings. The spring 2008 list of course
offerings and registration form is available in
this PDF document.
Materials for Rabbi Kadden's Introduction to Judaism
course may be found here.
Adult courses offered on a regular basis include
explorations of Judaism and Jewish practices, Hebrew, and
specialized areas of study with the
Rabbi. For specific
information on course offerings, watch for Adult Education fliers that are usually published in August and
January, or
contact Tovah Ahdut at (253) 564-7101 or by email at
tahdut@templebethel18.org.
Adult Education can be expanded into a variety of topics
based upon interest and availability of teachers and/or course
facilitators. We need volunteers to participate in the ongoing
development of Adult Education at Temple Beth El; if you are
interested, please contact Tovah Ahdut at (253) 564-7101 or by
email at tahdut@templebethel18.org.
